By supporting Amnesty International, you’ve been on the right side of history, shaping some of the most important moments of our times.

Whether you already have a will or not, here’s a brief outline of what needs to be done to include us in your wishes.
1. IF YOU DON’T YET HAVE A WILL
You have three choices of bequest you may like to make:
• Leaving Amnesty the residue of your estate (anything left over after you’ve met your personal commitments).
• Leaving Amnesty a percentage of your estate.
• Leaving Amnesty a specific amount.
2. IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A WILL
You can easily update it with a codicil – an additional clause that includes your bequest, and complies with all the requirements of a valid will.
We recommend that whether you’re thinking of making a new will, or updating an existing one, you consult a solicitor. They will make sure your will is valid and that your intentions are clearly and legally stated.
