Find a Local Group near you

Local activist groups are at the heart of what we do. They offer powerful support to campaigns, raise vital funds and represent Amnesty in their local communities. Whether you’re an old hand at grass roots campaigning, or you’ve never done anything like this at all, you’ll enjoy meeting like-minded people and making a difference.

Amnesty International is a grassroots organisation – activist groups are vital to the work that we do. Groups develop strategies for their campaigns, lobby relevant decision-makers and campaign publicly to raise awareness and funds and recruit new supporters. Whether you are an old hand at campaigning or are starting for the first time, there is a place for you in our movement.
