This album saves lives
Proceeds from every album sold will go direct to Amnesty International to fund our work in support of human rights. In 50 years we have evolved from a one-year campaign to free political prisoners into the world's largest human rights movement whose 3.2 million members fight for justice, freedom and human dignity every single day.
The same year that saw the birth of Amnesty International saw the release of Bob Dylan's debut album, launching an unparalleled recording career.
Now the music of Bob Dylan is interpreted by dozens of musicians and singers from folk music legend Pete Seeger to teenage pop star Miley Cyrus. Each of them brings their own unique approach, their own love of the music and meaning of Bob Dylan to their performances.
The album is produced by legendary music executives Jeff Ayeroff and Julie Yannatta, who spearheaded our 2007 Instant Karma collection of John Lennon's music and distributed internationally through Fontana international, a Universal Music company.
